Welcome to HI FIVE Transport Solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our transport services, website, and mobile application (collectively, "the Services"). By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1.1. This policy applies to all HiFive Transport employees across all levels (including permanent, fixed-term contract and part-time employees).
1.2. Upon prior approval, the policy may also be extended to: Applicants, Clients/Customers, Contractors (including consultants), Suppliers, and any other person dealing with HiFive Transport.
1.3. Inclusion under section 1.2 does not cover legal rights; the Company reserves the right to take legal action for any breach.
To ensure safety within company control, provide access procedures, explain the booking process, and outline behavioral rules.
Employees must present their unique QR Code, stay seated, wear seat belts, and report suspicious activity. The Company code of conduct applies for the duration of the transport.
If schedules change midday, employees must update or cancel transport by 14h00.
Keep address details updated on HR systems. No alcohol, drugs, or inappropriate behavior is permitted.

By using this service, employees indemnify HiFive Transport and its affiliates from any losses, damage, or injuries incurred during transit.
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action as per the Disciplinary Code of Conduct.
